Glenn has been in leadership roles within the talent acquisition industry since 1997. Most recently, from 2016-2023, he was an Operating Partner with a leading private equity and credit investor where he managed firm wide talent acquisition for both the sponsor and its 10+ middle market portfolio companies. In this role, Glenn was responsible for direct recruiting and management of all search mandates assigned to retained search vendors. Additionally, he was responsible for value creation initiatives specific to portfolio company talent strategy and monitoring. He has extensive experience recruiting and assessing C-suite leadership talent across industrial, consumer, gaming, hospitality and business services sectors.
Earlier in his career, Glenn co-founded Lang Search Partners, which he ran from 2005 – 2016. Prior to starting Lang, Glenn oversaw an interim executive placement practice for a leading New York City search firm from 1997-2005.
Glenn received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University.
James brings more than 20 years of experience as a trusted advisor to investment managers including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Prior to Franklin Point Resources, he founded New Post Executive Search, an executive recruiting practice, in 2013. During his tenure at New Post, James performed numerous leadership searches in support of private equity and investment management clients. Additionally, New Post was retained as a select outsourced search partner to a New York City based private equity investor.
Prior to 2013, James spent over 10 years as a Partner with a New York City based executive recruiting firm where he collaborated with prestigious buy-side clients including alternative asset managers and private equity firms.
James is a graduate of Fairfield University with a degree in Marketing and has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Manhattan College.
